Review these Terms of Service ("Contract") thoroughly. This Contract is a legal Contract between the Readiness City Winner sponsoring your use of Activator and SCC. (“You” or “Your”) refers to the City or you, the individual using Activator on behalf of the City as the context provides.

This Contract is a legal Contract between you (“You” or “Your”) and SCC, a Commonwealth of Virginia corporation with offices located at Suite 100, 1900 Campus Commons Dr., Reston VA 20191 USA (each a Party and collectively the Parties) for the Services accompanying this Contract.
Smart Cities Council, the world’s largest smart cities network, announced today that Austin, Indianapolis, Miami, Orlando and Philadelphia are the five winners of the Smart Cities Council Readiness Challenge Grant program.
